1.チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間は何時ですか。/What are the check-in/check-out times?

チェックイン（check-in）：１５：００～２０：００　　チェックアウト（check-out)：１０：００

チェックイン前でもお荷物をお預かりいたします。早めの時間にお預けをご希望の場合は、事前にメールにてご連絡いただけますと、確実なお受け取りが可能です。

チェックアウト時間を過ぎてご滞在された場合、１時間ごとに2,000円の追加料金を頂戴いたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

We are happy to store your luggage before check-in. If you wish to drop off your luggage early, please let us know in advance by email so we can ensure someone is available to receive it at that time.

Please note that an additional fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for every hour past the check-out time.

2.キャンセル料はかかりますか。/Is there a cancellation fee?

キャンセル料は以下の通りになります。The cancellation fees are as follows:

宿泊日7日前：宿泊料の50％　/　6日前から宿泊当日まで：宿泊料の100％　/　不泊：宿泊料の100％
7 days prior to stay: 50% of the room charge / 6 days prior to stay to the day of stay: 100% of the room charge / No-show: 100% of the room charge

3.Wi-Fiは無料ですか。/Is Wi-Fi free?

はい。当ホテルはフリーWi-Fiとなっております。ラウンジと客室それぞれにございますので、ご利用ください。

Yes, our hotel offers free Wi-Fi. It is available both in the lounge and in the guest rooms, so please feel free to use it.

4.朝食は料金に含まれていますか。/Is breakfast included in the price.

朝食分は既に料金に含まれています。

ただし、未就学児分は含まれていませんので、お子様が召し上がる場合はチェックイン時にお支払いをお願いいたします。（５５０円）

Breakfast is already included in the price.

However, it is not included for preschool-aged children. If your child will be having breakfast, we kindly ask that you pay the fee of 550 yen at check-in.

5.駐車場はありますか。/Is parking available?

ホテルに隣接している駐車場（３台分）と、ホテルから歩いて約２分の場所（１４台分）にございます。

We have a parking lot adjacent to the hotel with space for 3 cars, and an additional lot about a 2-minute walk from the hotel with space for 14 cars.

6.客室に冷蔵庫や電子レンジはありますか。/Does the room have a refrigerator or microwave?

冷蔵庫は全客室にありますが、電子レンジはファミリールームのみになっております。

A refrigerator is provided in all guest rooms, while a microwave is available only in the Family Room.

7.支払方法は何ですか。/What forms of payment do you accept?

現金/Airペイ（クレジットカード・UnionPay・iD・QUICPay・交通系電子マネー・QR決済）

8.ランドリーはありますか。/Is there a laundry facility?

洗濯・乾燥込みで使用料８００円を頂戴しています。お支払い時に洗剤もお渡ししております。

The usage fee is 800 yen, which includes both washing and drying. Detergent will be provided when you make the payment.
